Roll Over

The rollover machine performs the stripping operation when the mould has hardened. The operation is performed by rolling the flask over and vibrating it to separate the flask / mould from the pattern plate.
The machine is mainly hydraulically operated. It is rotated by means of hydraulic reducer motor unit with proportional control.
Fully automated functioning is based on programmable controls (PLC) mounted on the distribution panel
This type of roller pattern draw machine is mainly used in automatic Fast-Loop moulding plants. If necessary, the equipment may be modified to allow it to be used in semi-automatic or manual systems
The machine has a mobile roller table and a fixed conveyor belt, when designed for flask fewer moulding systems.
