Roller conveyor
The Powered Roller Conveyor is designed for efficient and controlled handling of mould boxes, pallets, and cast components in No-Bake foundry operations. It ensures smooth and continuous material flow between various process stages such as moulding, curing, pouring, cooling, and knockout.
The conveyor is fabricated from heavy-duty structural steel sections, providing excellent rigidity and durability to withstand high loads, vibration, dust, and harsh foundry environments. The rollers are manufactured from high-quality steel and fitted with sealed, heavy-duty bearings to ensure smooth rotation, long service life, and minimal maintenance.
Power transmission is achieved through a robust geared motor with chain or belt drive, delivering uniform speed and reliable operation under continuous duty conditions. The drive system is suitably guarded to ensure operator safety and ease of maintenance.
The powered roller conveyor is modular in design and can be customized in terms of length, width, roller pitch, conveyor height, speed, and load capacity to meet specific No-Bake foundry layout and process requirements. Optional accessories such as side guides, end stops, limit switches, and variable frequency drives (VFD) can be provided for enhanced control and automation.
