Sand siever
The Sand Siever is a robust and efficient screening machine designed specifically for No-Bake foundries to separate oversized particles from reclamation sand. It ensures consistent sand quality by removing lumps, foreign materials, and agglomerates formed during the casting and reclamation process.
The machine operates on a vibratory screening principle, where reclaimed sand is evenly distributed over a perforated sieve deck. Fine, usable sand passes through the screen for reuse, while larger particles and impurities are discharged separately, preventing damage to downstream equipment and improving mould quality.
